This site is static and does not require an account. We do not run third-party analytics, do not set tracking cookies, and do not sell or share visitor data.

Logs

Our edge host keeps short-lived request logs (IP address, user agent, requested path) for up to 14 days for abuse mitigation. These logs are not joined to any user profile.

If you write to hello@cipher.xyz, we keep that thread until it is resolved. We never add you to a marketing list.

On-chain activity

Cipher is a privacy Layer 2. Transactions you submit through the protocol are encrypted by construction; this website never sees them.
